This mini screen shot actually sums up the state of affairs in my brain at this moment quite well. Edit, create, share. Edit, create, share. Edit, create, share. Edit, create, share. Edit, create, share.
I realized (as I was working on blog design after midnight last night) that I needed to
#1 go to bed,
#2 accept the fact that I am not a web design pro and will therefore have to do things multiple times before I deem them "right",
#3 be okay with the fact that the experimentation phase may be ascetically ugly but a gorgeous learning experience,
#4 not care as much.
That last one bothered me the most. I want "you" (whoever the "you" is that occasionally makes my stats bar do a little up dance) to like me. And since we don't have the chance to grab a coffe together I know that a partial way to convey "myself" is through the design of the blog.
But it's not going to be 100% right now.
